On several different occassions, I witnessed Tyreshia and Elizabeth clean the toilet with Windex, then take the same paper towel and go to the sink and then the shower. No cleaning products but windex was used in the bathrooms at all time (s). I brought this to the owners attention several times (Elizabeth), and she replied, "O well." Also, a lot of rooms in her customers homes were not even touched that needed to be. Her reply was, "If it doesn't look like it is dirty, don't even bother with it." She (Elizabeth) also hired a female worker that was large and told her she did not need her, but failed to tell her it was because she was over-sized and it caused her to be slow. Her name was "Tiffany", whom worked on, March 17th. I never saw Tiffany again after that.
