I've been in my house for 23 years. I lost my job was on unemployment then put on disability. I went to WelolsFargo for loan modification, they denied me said I didn't have permanent income. Was placed on disability tried again. I was denied because they said I didn't have enough income. Next I tried to do a short sale, my 1st buyer was denied. Reason unknow to me. Me realitor stated the person had been approved by her. I tried again I presented another short sale canidate. That Company was denied as well. Now my house will be forelosed on May. Wells Fargo is not trying to work with anyone. I believe they just want to take houses and make a profit. When you try to contact the bank you get recrodings and the run around. I went into the bank and I was told my account was still with Wachovia and I had to talk with someone on the phone. It was just a headache.
