In October I purchased a set of tires under a promotion promising $80 back in the form of a Visa Cash Card. On February 2 I received a cash card for $40. I called the Goodyear Redemption Center, who assured me they would promptly send out another card for the remaining $40. As of today (March 6), by the admission of personnel at the rebate center, the remaining card has not yet been processed.
