Coopers mill apartments owners are crooks!
They look for ways to tow your cars out of the parking lots - without proper warnings. To people whom don't live on property. Not giving their renters benefits of doubt. Charging 188.00 from tows it is alledged that they get kick-backs from the tow and parking company. The truck driver comes onto property after late night hours looking for cars to tow. Parked in backwards - or parcked barely on the line... Your towed. Many many many many people complain ad it falls on deaf ears.
Also believed to be over charging for water and trash!!!
The owner will not return calls from problems caused by the apartment that cost the renters money to fix their mistakes.
Constantly looking for ways to charge you fees for anything they can. Making lots more money than just the rent.
Understand that there are rules that needs to be followed yet they search constantly for way to fine you and take from you!!!
You won't be safe living there for the constant threats they will make to take from you!!!
Definitely go somewhere else to live!!!
