Western Towing is under contract to tow illegally parked cars from private parking lots at Northwoods Apartments in San Marcos CA as well as others. What they do is sit in parking lot and cherry pick folks who come in and park in visitors lots as well as residents who pul in to very limited spots and even their own... It is your word against theirs and once their hooked up their taken your kids paycheck anyway they can and play dumb and hide behind any available law... Ususally they just say you were parked in someone elses spot and it is your word against theirs.
