I live at the Arlington Place Apartments over here they have no assigned parking however all tenants that live here have an apartment sticker on there vehicles,
on March 26 at 134AM my wifes vehicle and my vehicle were towed as per the manager of Arlington Place Apartments it cost me $382.00 dollars to get my vehicles back from the inpound lott, The manager informed me that we were in a no parking zone, the problem is there is not enough parking for all the vehicles in the complex, After photographing the complex for the past week i have found at least 26 vehicles are illegally parked everynight but they are not towed, after notifying the managment she told me to call a wrecker on them i informed her that in fact that was not my job and that she had no problem towing my vehicles, she also informed me to get rid of my childs dog as they do not allow pets in the apartments and yet the ladie downstairs has two dogs and two cats, the person right above her office has a dog not to mention many others, There is also signs that read head in parking only and seven peaple do it everyday, I have photos with dates on all of this, I feel thet we are being singled out, We are always on time with our rent, we present no problems or complaints is there anything i can do legaly to get our money back, I would not recomend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment i have been there four months and have seen four vehicles broken into, They are also members of the Houston Apartment Association..
