I aplied for an account at Affiliateshop.com so I could open an affiliate program at my website. I maid my payment through their Worldpay account, and received a confirmation e-mail from Worldpay that my payment had been maid.
Affiliateshop never got in touch with me. I emailed them and som guy calle Cristohper Low answered asking me to fax him a copy of my credit card. He gave me 3 numbers, 2 of them are not available, and one is from Singapore. I told him it was ridiculous since Worldpay had already charged my card and asked if I could scan my card and email it. He agreeed.
I haven't received any replies since I sent my last email. One of the companie's mailboy isn't available any more ([email protected]).
I want a refund, I would never do bussines with such a lousy company. They don't have any customer support, there is no way to get in touch with them, they give you false phone numbers and don't answer your e-mails. My credit card was billed 4 days ago and I haven't got my account yet.
