We received no bill for Feb/. March. We got a summary with a total plus a late fee,
There was no indication of individual charges, just the total.
We contacted the company who blamed the mail service. They agreed to send us a bill but refused to remove the late charge. Since we had never, over 15 years, been late, we objected.
We cancelled our card. The shole process of finding someone to talk to was very difficult, very time-consuming. Their 24-7 service does not exist as advertised, there are very specific hours.
To cancel our card was a repeat of the whole problem of finding someone who could do it.
Since Chevron sold their credit card service to GE it has been a mess.
