Mar 31- Arbella Construction - NONPAYMENT! Florida Workers/Laborers BEWARE!
On February 20th we completed the lawn care/landscaping job <b>Christine E. Arbella (Rhode), owner of Arbella Construction</b>, had hired us to perform. As per her request I sent before and after pictures and always did what she asked. To this date 3/31, there has NEVER been a complaint aginst Lawn People as she always comlimented us on our quality of work.
She also requested to be NET15 which we honored. It is very distressing for us to see that in these tough economic times, and to this date 3/31, no payment has been made to us as with no contact. She does not except our phone calls, return our messages or answer our emails for request for payment. To this date we feel we will never recieve our money. So in an effort to help others in these tough economic times, I offer this warning.
IF you choose to work for this company, which I would not suggest, get your money up front. She and her company can not be trusted for payment in any sense of the word. If Christine E. Arbella (Rhode), owner of Arbella Construction, is notified of this and sends us our check, we will post a "recieved Payment" comment on this page. Until then, no payment has been made and she and her company are deemed untrustworthy in our eyes.
