Still waiting for reimbursement on the bike. Sent the label, receipt and followed all instructions. Any other business would have acknowledged that it was recieved, if it wasnt then I was mislead, cause I did what I was suppose to do. It's been approx, 4 weeks, would like to get another bike for this summer, not next thanks.
