I purchased a 3 year extended warranty and have tried to contact the company. When you call the company, it gives a recorded message that directs you to call a 101515 number. When prompted to request more info, it sends a text message that signs you up for a $3.99 a month service. Has anyone been able to reach the company or are we just out of luck. I will be contacting the attorney general regarding all this.
