I am sending a copy of an affidavit filed by Carlos Gavidia with the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, Case No. 6:03-cv-209-Orl-22JGG, to be added with this report. I am sure that the Judge in this case will want to know that the Laurel & Hardy team of Carlos Gavidia & Cortes Randell have conspired to perpetrate a fraud on the Federal Court system. Cortes Randell is well-known for these antics, having been found in contempt for forging (by photocopy) the name of Cheryl Reagan on documents in an effort to stop her acquisition of his former company, Federal News Service. He is lucky he didn't end up in jail... AGAIN! Now Cortes has gotten his best buddy, Carlos, to do likewise; bear false witness. (I guess all the Commandments don't apply to some "christians?") I am also sending a recording of my phone conversation with Carlos. This will prove that Carlos knew he was not speaking to a "Bill" because he used my name "Harry" more than 20 times. It was also apparent from my demeanor that I never threatened Carlos. Also, what Carlos did not include in his affidavit is that he claimed that he had viewed FBI surveillance video of two people, and based on our conversation, it was obvious that he thought I was Bill. However, that gives him no right to testify that I was actually him, since there is no basis in fact that I was. Also, I would encourage the court to examine the affidavit closely because I think that the Notary Public does not exist and that there was no proper stamp on it. Who is this Phantom Notary Public? Hopefully this website will publish the affidavit and the recording of the phone conversation. This LIAR deserves to lose his dishonest business.
