Mr Adam Song Leased my property at 905 E Broad Ave, Rockingham, NC April 6
using a phoney corporation which he had dissolved in according to the law Mr Song is personally responsible for the payment of the 10 years lease as he sighned the lease as owner
Mr Song failed to pay the real estate taxes on the property for the year 2010 in the amount of $15,500.00 and stoped paying the monthly rental on the property beginning December in the amount $6000.00 per month, Mr Song disappeared after mailing me the keys of the property at the beginning of January disconnecting his cell phone and refusing to accept any mail from my attorney, his last known address is 603 Sycamore Street, Wilson 27893.
Mr Song is some where in NC we are trying to locate him to make him pay for his elegal activities
and stop him from doing the same thing to another landlord, if you know where he is about please email the landlord at @aol.com before he scame some one else.
