I ordered a personalized teddy bear with a specific song programmed on it. I did not receive the specific song I ordered. When I contacted the company to ask them about it they told me that the machine that programs this song is broken. If they knew the machine was broken then they should have told me that this song was unavailable, Not just send me some random song I did not want. It has been over 3 months and I still have not received the right song. It makes me very angry that They will not send me the song I paid for, but are still selling this specific song on their website. Their website clearly states Satisfaction Guaranteed. I am not satisfied, I want the Wake up song that I payed for.
