Bid Macs
Out of Business Won't Return Money paid for bids

I purchased bids from bid macs in approximately November. I bid and won on items through December.
In late December/early January the site had 1 item only. When contacted they said site was in makeover and more items would soon be available.
I called bid macs, told them I disputed my credit card charge for bids, and the lady said I would have the $149.99 removed.
My credit card co. Notified me that bid macs disputes my claim and said per the terms and agreement I cannot get a refund.
The credit card co. Is going to mail me copies of all correspondence. I will use all that information to file a claim with the internet crime complaint center (a division of the FBI). I urge all others who lost money at this site to do the same.
