Taco Bell and KFC franchises by Burger Busters, Inc. Of Virginia Beach is always over 120 days late in paying for repair service; some of our repair invoices are over nine months past due.
To date, the total amount due to just our small company is over $37,000. So when we had to stop servicing and repairing their restaurant equipment because they didn't pay, they just called other service companies for repairs & Preventative Maintenance, and each time these other service company cuts them off because of nonpayment (we have talked to some of these other companies!), then they just continue to call other service companies until they find those to USE and NOT PAY. They constantly make false promises, pass the buck, or just ignore you and use your money until you're forced to stop servicing their equipment.
These habits are not good business practices and certainly not practical and safe for maintaining restaurant equipment efficiently.
