I use to really enjoy Ulta. As the closest store is over an hour away, I would frequent the website often. I have never had any problems until my last order. The package arrived ripped open. This is concerning as many of the products would come in contact with skin or hair. I simply would like to know if the products were to be safety-sealed or if they could suggest a solution. This became a terrible nightmare! There is basically no way to get in touch with customer service. When you send an email, you can only do so on the site so you dont know if they are reading it or not. I sent multiple email, I even offer to send pictures, but I never, ever received a reply. So then I tried the phone. The first day I couldn't even get anyone to pick up. The second day, I stayed on hold for 4hours (that's not a typo FOUR). I just left the phone on speaker while I waited. When I finally talked to the girl, she never once appologized. I realize it wasn't her fault, but a little simpathy goes a long way. When I called back 3 days later because I hadn't received an email like she stated I would, I again waited for atleast an hour on hold. Then the girl proceeded to tell me, they could not do anything but credit my account. They said it was the shipping companies fault and they would not re-ship the order as stated in the previous phone conversation. So no more ulta for me, not until they improve!
