I just discovered today that I am unable to use the website provided with the purchase of my leasecomm lease. I have attempted to contact leasecomm regarding this matter and I have not yet received a response. I sent an email to Susan Fiore at:
susan. [email protected] requesting assistance with this problem.
I contacted her since she notifed me on January 6 regarding terms of my current lease. The email she sent indicated that I have to lease payments left at this time in the amount of $89.95 and after that I will be billed on a monthly basis. I have spent a lot of money and time promoting this site and have not made any real money from it. I am upset that even last week I was able to access the site to update it and now even the icon has been removed, thus preventing me from even accessing the management/administrative options for this site.
Not realizing at that time that I would not be able to update my site and continue using it I agreed to continue on a month to month lease. I have paid over $4,000 for this useless lease and according to them I still owe two more payments.
Please advise.
