I ordered some pills by phone from this company on Jan. 10. It says to allow 7-10 business days. On March 24, I called a rep to see when my pills were shipped. I was not even in their data base! They had charged my debit card plus an international fee I was not told about for the shipping. Right away, I called my bank and had them investigated and my bank refunded my money plus the fee and charged it back to them. All these horror stories I am hearing about folks not getting their product and they can't do anything, you can! Call your bank or credit card company and dispute the charge then call your Better Business Bureau and make them be accountable for their actions!
