Charged my bank account for $49.95 but never sent the pills

I ordered 30 days of Acai Direct pills on the internet. They charged my credit card $4.95 for shipping. If I did not cancel within 14 days they would charge me $49.95 and send a months supply of Acai Direct

I never received any more pills. My credit card was charged the $49.95
When I called the phone no. I was told another company had taken over recently and they did not charge me.

I contacted my bank, who is working on this.
