I have a comment about the Ulta located at 12867 N. Tatum Blvd in Phoenix, Arizona. The customer service at this store is extremely poor. Lately, they do not have any person working in the store to help you find an item that you are looking for. They just have one associate working in checkout.in order to find an item that I am looking for, I have to wait in line. They seemed to cut back drastically on the number of employees in the store.
