In October I had the need to move my mother from Austin to California to a retirement community. The PODS team helped with every aspect of getting a POD delivered to her home and then delivering it to California. When they arrived to pick up the POD in Austin, we weren't yet done loading. The driver patiently waited, with a smile, until we were done. The service was the same on the delivery end. Calls to PODS resulted in a very helpful representative that was able to answer every question and even called the local delivery center to verify information. The most pleasing part of it all was that nothing was damaged in the shipping. The goods included a lot of ceramic, glass, and china. I am recommending this company to anyone with a need to move. The cost compared to traditional moving companies was less than half. On top of it all, they worked to my schedule.
