I have moved every way from using a borrowed trailer to a full-service, pack-to-unpack mover. PODS is at the low end value-wise. They never have the same information from one call to the next. Delivery dates shift and they don't seem to be able to provide basic info like whether the POD will arrive in the A.M. Or P.M. So that you can organize your own time for unloading. Was never explained that because the move wasn't to a "big city" that there would be an EXTRA delivery charge of $150. I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to others. Had I known, I would have taken the money I spent on PODS and put it down on my own trailer. Then I could offer an alternative to anyone else contemplating PODS for their move!
