One of their sales reps called my office about a year ago and shot the bull for a minute or too. He then said he was going to send me this and send me that. Specifically he said he was going to send me some hand cleaner and throw in some new "Bass Pro Shop" knives they just got. He said he was going to send me all this other stuff, and was about to hang up without mentioning any prices. I jokingly said that it is nice of him to send me all this stuff for free. He replied very angrily that I was stupid to think all of that was for free. When I laughed and said I didn't want any of it, he then hung up on me.
Today, a year later, this same guy calls me and yells my name into the phone. He tells me that he has been out because of a heart attack and then says he's going to send me some hand cleaner and a swiss army knife. I then said, "Yeah, and then you'll send me an invoice for all this junk, too?" He then yells back, "Oh, you don't remember me?" and then hung up. I wanted to call them back to tell him not to call back again, but only got their answering machine.
