As all other people reporting got a phone call as to our being such great customers we qualified for a promo special, buy 100 cutting wheels @1.49 each and we would qualify for all this free equiptment, free milwaukie drill free air gun free safety glassesand so on when stuff arrived all looked intact then a week later i get a 750.98 bill for all the stuff no break down as to what i was actually paying for when i called my sales person back he told me that alls i had to do was try the cutting wheels and the rest was free stuff,
Told him just send call tag for ups stuff was coming back he said;"just pay for 1 box of wheels @ 1.00 each and keep the rest, still no go i wanna send them back, hung up on me 3weeks later a new bill same 700 and some change told them again send call tag stuff coming back misrepresented sale not comfortable, told by new supervisor we dont cover returning items we are gonna take you to court and f%$k up your credit told them do what you gotta do, im not paying to ship back stuff i was already told they would pay for still no call tag from ups and still not happy stuff is still boxed ready to go back dont know what to do now any help would be greatly appreciated
