Norther leasing system inc I had been robbed from bank account

I had been robbed just like everybody else by credit card company, northern leasing, sks associates or golden eagle, out in new york somewhere. All same # 1-866-286-8841.
Received letter from them today, saying that I owed taxes and relating filing costs. What taxes?
In new york, hell no live in Washington, Seattle. Any way, credit machine account had been closed for 3 years and now this stupid letter about taxes? The money had been taken out of my account without no other explanation besides that. Are they allow to do that? Do not understand the banking system either. I think the government should close the company like that, however, why they are not doing anything, been paying all the taxes on time and been collecting out of pockets.
