My husband and I paid almost $10,000 for new windows in our home in October. We were promised a lifetime warranty, however the company has since shut down and we are left with defective windows that do not open, close, or lock. Their website has been shut down and their phone numbers are out of service. We have no way of getting a hold of anyone and have heard on the news that their company has shut down, leaving thousands of customers in the same circumstance as us.
