After initially ordering a safe of Mesa's in FEBRUARY (it's now mid-May) from mesasafestore.com (which I thought was Mesa directly, turns out it was MonoMachines.com), getting my card charged immediately, having to follow-up with that company, cancelling that order, re-ordering through Sam's Club who told me they HAD the safe in hand, waited another 3 or 4 weeks, was told it was backordered to mid May. I just got a call from a PAM who said she was the supervisor of the order department telling me it was not expected until MID-JUNE. She would not give me the name of anyone else higher than her. I called back the company directly, and SHE answered. I asked to speak to the owner/president. She told me he was out of town. And finally gave me his name. This is HORRIBLE customer service - bad ordering, bad communication with your vendors, bad communication with your customers. Pam would keep interrupting me, and was only too quick to blame the vendors. I had used their website Contact Us form about this issue and have received NO answer. While I've always been impressed with the quality of the Mesa safe s I've seen, there is no way I would order their safe due to their customer/vendor service.
