Rebate has stil not came in mail

I acquired a telephone January that included a $50). Today its Goal of 2011 but still HAVEN'T obtained my refund! I've named them many times about that problem but still haven't gotten my $50 sign in the email! They've explained 2 months to check on the email every time Ive named.
