I will second complaints regarding CHEAP watches sold, as noted by other complaints. A bigger problem is the companies "satisfaction guarantee" as well as return policy.
I purchased a ring ADVERTISED and SOLD as size 7. Upon receipt, I could not get the ring on my ring finger. Immediately measured it, finding it to be ACTUALLY a size 6-1/2. Definitely NOT a size 7.
It took over THREE attempts to receive response by email. First response from the company was simply "What size is it?" Two more emails to company to finajly obtain required return authorization.
Then the REAL fun begins. I included photograph of ring on mandrel verifying WRONG size. Since the ring was FALSELY ADVERTISED, return should NOT have been an issue. I was charged a RESTOCKING FEE... Mind you, the website states "100% guranatee if item is not as advertised".
