Pogo.com a branch of Electronics arts allows stalkers/harassment via their game-site violating their own terms of service agreement. They claim that ALL humiliations will not be tolerated but I read of stalking incidents all the time on their forums. If you write one bad word about them they're immediately removed but someone gets publicly flogged is quite often left to stand. It is mostly found on their forums where if a person criticizes someone who is the friendly to their moderators it is allowed to stand but if their not friendly to them watch out then your life on Pogo could be ruined. It goes on in games also mostly in Everyone wins Bingo sharing rooms but some others. On their badge day or Wednesday when the new free ones come out many cannot even enter rooms but that's another issue entirely. My friends experience is even worse. She joined Pogo to play and have fun but she was abused all her life so she had difficulty making friends. She told a friend about her problems but that friend told another then the harassment started. Before long a group was started making my friends life even more miserable. The friends BFF told my friend to off herself so Pogo banned that account. So the BFF makes another account, then another, then another all free from Pogo so she can continue to stalk this person telling her to off herself all the time. Reporting to customer service has been done not just by me for over a year but by many persons. When other of my friends and even some of her enemies got disgusted by the BFF's actions still Pogo refuses to remove the humiliating profiles, guestbook posts, & forum discussions. Lately even their response to problems has been worse. I gave their customer service my friends SUICIDE LETTERS to their CS and they told me to just delete them. I called the suicide hotline but was told they can't force a company to do the right thing. Neither could the BBB. So what if many use suicide threats as a way to gain sympathy? What about the TRUE reports? Why wasn't my friends threat investigated? Because Pogo doesn't care if someone knocks themselves off just as long as we all stay happy and buy more games, badges, & costly items from them.
