QVC experience complaint review - Qvc

I placed an order for this product in November as a Christmas gift for my mother and father. I received my item earlier than anticipated but was missing a very important part of it. It hadn't come with the stand to support the 60" TV I had purchased AND paid for (it may be on a payment plan, but the payment I made reflected the stand coming with it). From the day I received the television to presently I have been trying to get my TV stand. NOTHING absolutely NOTHING has been done to get my stand. I have called QVC countless times, used my cell phone minutes to be constantly put on hold, and been told nothing. The first time I called in I was told it would take 7 days for the corporate office to respond and I would be notified once they had. I had to call QVC back myself to ask what the status was on getting my stand, that is when they informed me I had to call the manufacturer. WHY? I could get no explanation. I didn't order from the manufacturer so I still don't understand why I, QVC's customer have to be put through the inconvenience of trying to contact the manufacturer to get something I ordered from a place I've purchased from before and been happy with, a place I've recommended family members and friends to, and place I will NEVER EVER order from again after being put through this! I've tried calling QVC back and speaking with a supervisor, I thought that was going to get me some where, I even explained to her the desperate need for the stand. My parents have young grand children at their house all the time and it is not safe to have the TV on the stand it's currently on, but they have nothing else. I've already paid for a stand that I haven't gotten and I will not go out and buy another one. I received my television on 12/21 and have been fighting to get the stand since. This has been the most MISERABLE experience I've been put through after spending a great deal of money on something I have not even been able to use. I will not recommend QVC to anybody else I know and I will not purchase from them myself after this!
