Fry's took more than two months to try to fix my computer to no avail. Diagnostic machine should be named misdiagnostic machine! Several diagnostics were performed by more than a few of their technitians and supervisors. Technitian informed me 10 plus diagnosis were performed, half
the time different results. New motherbords, new harddrives, and rams
installed, parts and labor charged!
After all these, problem still exist!!!
Now the last Technitian said the diagnostic machines wants a newer motherboard, a newer harddrive, new rams, a new processors??? Why all these unessesary labor and parts charges? At least they had the decency
to refund all unecessary charges! Some of them worked on weekends and some worked part time only so it took so long.
