I spent $150.00 on my wife's Valentine's Day gift basket and Bloomex NEVER delivered it to her. Since it was Valentine's Day I even paid an extra $15.00 to have it delivered between 9-12 and called several times to confirm but they just kept ignoring my calls I guess because they already had my money. The one customer service rep I spoke with (after calling 10 times) told me "not to worry" and "that it would be delivered within the hour". Her words were nothing but complete bullsh-t and I'm sure she knew it when she was saying it to me. Disgusting excuse for customer service and now I have to try and get my $150.00 back...
