July 15TH I had entered the Bob's store in Enfield, CT @ 8:50pm and as I walked into the store I noticed a man walking way from me and as he was walking away I noticed him looking at his watch he then turned towards me and said "sir you have 10 minutes to leave the store, hurry up".
My wife was in the store earlier that day and spent more than $150.00 on things for our kids for a short vacation we were to go on that Saturday (July 16TH) but she had forgot to get the three kids their new sneakers so after the man (who said he was one of the MANAGERS) told me I only have 10 minutes and to hurry up and leave I walked out of your store VERY VERY UPSET!
My wife spends about $300 to $400 every summer for the kids summer wear and another $400 to $500 a year for the kids back to school clothing (we shopped @ Bob's for over 10yrs) and this is the way I was treated. If that is the kind of management your stores offer I will NEVER step foot again into ANY OF THE BOB's STORES. Because of this unwarranted treatment my kids went on vacation without their new sneakers. While we were in California we purchased their shoes there and just another note my wife spent a lot of money buying the kids their clothing there along with our own clothing and since your management is rude and has no care for the people who shop there my wife and I will never shop there again.

I will be posting this onto consumer complaint websites to make customer aware of how people are treated in the Enfield store and maybe they will have stories or they might not shop in your store.
I own 2 car dealerships and if one of my salespeople ever spoke to one of my customers like your management did, I would have fired that person on the spot.

On my way out of the store I said are you the manager of the store and he said with a smug grin, "yes I am one of the managers".
I hope you resolve this issue due to how many others has this person detoured from your store with his lack of respect or care towards the customers.

PLEASE watch for the copy of this email to be plastered on consumer complaint websites since your company does not care about your customers your company only cares about the money. Can you imagine that they would treat a long time customer like that.
