I ordered late on a Friday night, after they had put in their weekly wheel order. So I waited and waited, and I wasn't getting any tracking information from the company. They say 5-10 business days for shipping, and my roommate convinced me to call twice for updates in that period. Wheelfire shipped on the 7th business day, I got the wheels a few days after. Because I'd called, someone marked me down for a free tire upgrade.in addition, the wheels came with all the parts we needed for installation. Very satisfied with the company, even though I was getting impatient waiting for shipping.
