I have been mailing and emailing Provo Craft since before July about my bill. I had a return phone call from a girl 11 days (Dec 3) ago. She gave me another number to call for Provo Craft Finance Department. I have called this number every work week day (Mountain Time") at various business hours. Every time I have called I have received a recording asking for my name, number, etc. And they will get back to me. I have not had a return call.
In my emails I have asked for, requested, demanded a written copy of my statement and payment history. I have not received one letter. I changed my credit card months ago so they could not get into my bank automatically anymore. After I get done paying what I believe to be the remaining balance (I keep records) I will have no further dealings with this company. I encourage all people to NOT do business with this company, for obvious reasons.
I have not tried the product so I can not comment about that. The company and it's customer service are below an "F" on a report card.
