I bought a 94 Toyota Camry from Allied Imports but a few weeks later the hood comes off, Timothy the car salesman offered to fix the hood. After a couple days go by the car gets fixed, two days go by and the hood comes off again. Timothy offers to fix it again. But while I am waiting for the car to get fixed Timothy sales my car without my permission, he didn't even bother to ask me to see if I wanted the money for the car sale. Mind you the title is in my name. Timothy goes and change my name off the title. He said he did it because he had another car for me. A month goes by and I still don't have a car and Timothy is giving me excuses and false promises. Right now it has been almost four months and I still don't have a car he refuses to give me my money back. I need help with this issue ASAP.
