I was in a car accident on 3-16-05 Timothy wade Hessler took my case I won and was awarded $50,000. Timothy came to my job the day the check was sent to his office. The check needed both of our signatures in order to cash it. I thought wow, he really wants to seattle the case.
After I signed the check I didin't hear from him for 5 months after he recieved my check. I spoke to him 0nly twice since then. I have been trying to get a hold of him for over a year and a half.
My debts are still unpaid and my credit is suffering because of this crooked lawyer.
