It is alledged in superior court of Massachusetts that Roto Rooter sends unlicensed persons posing as Plumbers to jobs in Massachuseets that require a licensed plumber. They do not disclose to the consumer that they are not in Fact Plumbers. They pay these persons less than they would a licensed plumber. Theres also a Federal case that alledges that the company forces its employees to buy thier own trucks and pay for expenses the company should pay for like gas, oil.insurance etc.
