I was contacted by this Company and was told that they could sell my time share in S. Carolina. Keith Thomas was the initial caller. Once I was assured that they would help me out, Samuel Atwell took over the process.
They collected my money and faxed me some documents which I signed. I tried calling several times to find out the status. Most of the times I got the run around with "their out to lunch" or "they are in a meeting now". I left several messages to call me back and they never did. The latest one as on 4 weeks ago was that the buyer had an issue with the IRS and were trying to clear up that problem before proceeding with the sale. As of two weeks ago I was told the same story.
I just tried calling and all the phone numbers listed for the Company have been disconnected. The Company's website is down. What a fraud!!!
