My husband's computer was hijacked by this company for the sole purpose of selling software illiegally, against our will. He could not shut his computer down or navigate out of thier screens. My credit card company is refusing to reverse charges saying, because we agreed to the sale, it was a malfunction of my husban's computer and needed to be taken to a repair facility.
