Magistrate hutchinson excepted fraudalent documents presented by my ex-wife today. She had her father sign a document saying she and my kids didnt live with me during 08-09. She had some stupid thing on the document that looked like a notary but wasnt. And then presented tax forms that were printed off of turbo tax and dated yesterday, and she said these were here 08 tax returns hence proving that she worked that year.
She didnt work in 08 to 09. I supported the family and have a box full of paper trail receipts proving such which i submitted to the courts. She contributed nothing to the household. She says i didnt pay child support that year, well daaaahhhh her and the three kids lived with me. I paid for everything from vehicles to cell phones to vacations... I made approx. 150,000 that year with bonuses, we lived very well.
How can magistrate hutchinson take this falsefied information. She is an employee of the court she should investigate this fraudalengce immediately...
