On 2/7 ordered flowers to be del on valentines day to a local buisness before 2 pm. They were not del so I called obriens they said they would del to my home. If it could not be done. They would call me. At 7pm no flowers were del I called back and they said they did not know what happened again. I felt they did not care and there was no appology so i cancelled
