I have also been scammed and my bank is not working with me at all. I have told them they are required to file a fraud case but they said I need to contact the company and deal with it. They said they can not do anything or reverse any charges because I waited more the 48 hours to notify them. They are a federal credit union in VA, and I am currently living outside of the states so I am unable to go there directly. I contacted the Virginia State Commission and they can not do anything because my bank is not one of their listed banks. This has turned into a nightmare.
