I have a medical bill pending for unnecessary vision test because the eye machine was out of focus and I don't need glases

Hi, DMV people

I went to renew my driver license at Parker rd office and they check my vision with a machine and I couldn't pass the test because the machine was out of focus and I said I don't used glasses and they gave an eye vision form for a medical check up. I visited the eye doctor and I have to paid 153.00 dollars (some cents) a hundred fifty three with some cents and I passed my vision test and they gave me a letter with good results. I took my vision test at the same location in another machine and a passed the test. Why if they know about these issue with this machine Why they never gave me an opportunity to take a test in another machine and I have to paid my medical bill for nothing and the person in charge of this office know it because she feel sorry later. I would like you paid my medical bill because is not fear. I spend my time and money twice because you are having this problem. Please fix this problem because is not good for a users I hope to receive an answer as soon as you have a chance to do it
