I've had the same data/media problem with my blackberry for over 3 weeks and att still hasnet fixed the issue! 2 replacement phones, 1 trip to device support center (20mins away wit a newborn) countless hours on the phone going through the same steps with no results. I would love to cancel my line jus because I'm sooooo annoyed with a phone I'm paying monthly for and can't use it properly... A new model of a blackberry would be great but I'd rather leave all togethe
