In reviewing my monthly credit card statement, I saw an entry for Brenda and Associates for $4.93. Not recognizing it, I called my credit card provider and challenged it. They credited me with the $4.93. I just received my next statement and there is a charge pending on it for $1.93 from Brenda and Associates. Clearly a rip-off.
When I searched the internet using Brenda and Associates, the complaint came up right away. I was astonished to see so many entries and from all over the US.
I can't complain about this one yet because it was charged on Feb 5 and is still showing as pending. I can't dispute a charge until it moves from the pending status.
