I made an order last night and called in to have it cancelled about 12 hours later, and was told they couldn't help me. Even though the "tracking number" associated with my package is not in use and the shipping company has not received the package yet. When I placed my order, I was told to give the company 1-2 days to process the payment. Apparently the only time they are fast is when I want to cancel my order. The only reason I want to cancel the order in the first place is because their in store representatives recommended this product to me and my hair stylist told me that it wasn't a good product for my hair type.
