Freezes up

Everytime my 5-year old child plays on webkinz, it usually stops up! It gets frustrating! Me AND my child are significantly tired of it! Well, oneday, we were frustrated & had enough of it, therefore, we named the providers. Well, they NEVER RESPONDED!!! Me & my child are soooo tired of it! Im finding her from this website PRONTO!!!
